GetOrder(이하 "앱")는 단체 커피 주문을 간편하게 처리하기 위한 서비스입니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침은 앱이 수집하는 정보, 사용 방식 및 보호 방법을 설명합니다.
2. 수집하는 정보
앱은 최소한의 정보만 수집합니다.
- 참여자 이름 — 주문 식별을 위해 사용자가 직접 입력한 닉네임 (실명 불필요)
- 주문 내역 — 선택한 메뉴, 옵션, 수량
- 주문방 코드 — 방 참여를 위한 6자리 코드
3. 정보 사용 목적
- 주문 집계 및 주문서 생성
- 주문방 내 참여자 식별
- 서비스 오류 진단 및 품질 개선
4. 제3자 서비스
앱은 아래 제3자 서비스를 활용합니다.
- Google Firebase (Firestore) — 주문 데이터 저장 및 실시간 동기화. Google 개인정보처리방침 적용.
- Google AdMob — 광고 표시. AdMob은 광고 최적화를 위해 기기 식별자를 수집할 수 있습니다. AdMob 정책 참조.
5. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
주문방 데이터(참여자 이름, 주문 내역)는 총무가 주문을 마감한 후 30일 이내에 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 사용자는 언제든지 앱을 삭제하거나 아래 연락처로 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
6. 아동 개인정보 보호
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동으로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
7. 방침 변경
본 방침이 변경될 경우 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 중요한 변경 시에는 앱 내 알림을 제공합니다.

GetOrder ("the App") is a service that simplifies group coffee orders. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the service.
- Participant name — A nickname entered by the user to identify their order (real name not required)
- Order details — Selected menu items, options, and quantities
- Room code — The 6-digit code used to join an order room
3. How We Use the Information
- To aggregate orders and generate order summaries
- To identify participants within an order room
- To diagnose errors and improve service quality
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase (Firestore) — Order data storage and real-time sync. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob — Ad display. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad optimization. See AdMob Policy.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Order room data (participant names and order details) is automatically deleted within 30 days after the organizer closes the order. You may also request deletion at any time by uninstalling the App or contacting us at the address below.
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
